Other Side of LA, Vasquez Rocks and Relics
About 44 miles northeast of Lo Angeles is a famous natural rock formation Vasquez Rocks Natural area park, which is now run by LA county and recently re-opened under the Covid 19 guidelines. This park is 932 acres of hiking trails, BBQ, these unique rock formation and more. The park is named after a bandit Tirburcio Vasquez, whom is reported to hide out here to avoid being caught. More recently it was used in Star Trek numerous times and for other TV + movies. drivin gin the nearby desert, I also found couple interesting relics.
