Tip Toeing Thru the Tulips

Its 1st Friday in March 20 and we ain't talking food trucks.  This SoCal and spring is in full bloom.  Between Los Angeles and Pasadena, is Descanso Gardens and tulips are blossoming, so are some other flowers.  Here's a colorful look at life in these trying times.
